Bélanger Electric was involved in the design and construction of four duplex pump station control panels, and one aeration station control panel, during a major infrastructure improvement project conducted in the Village of Salisbury in 2004. Even after twelve years of operation, we are still impressed by the level of skill and pride that went into the construction the control panels. Each and every single component was installed with the utmost care and in an orderly fashion which is second-to-none. Aside from the quality of workmanship evident in the equipment, Marcel and his team provided very detailed operation manuals which included component shop drawings, wiring diagrams, and PLC/HMI programming, the information of which has been invaluable when considering equipment upgrades or when performing routine maintenance. Marcel Bélanger Electric Ltd. does outstanding work and exhibits an extensive knowledge in equipment controls, including a variety of liquid level sensing technology and the implementation and programing of existing and new SCADA systems.
